A perfect miniature chalet, “Le Mazot” is only available as an extra bedroom to “La Petite Forêt“.
“Le Mazot” sleeps two adults in one double bed and has a lovely ensuite bathroom in slate and Mont Blanc granite. In 2023 we added a lovely small deck and beautiful big glass door and window at the back.
“La Petite Foret” and “Le Mazot” are 30 metres apart from each other on our property, which is set within a beautiful wooded garden. There is only ever one group of guests only at a time on the property.
Please do note – the mazot is exquisite but very small. It does have plenty of head height, but the bed is a French double – 140 x 180.

Inside Le Mazot
It’s a charmingly cosy retreat, with underfloor heating. “Le Mazot” is ensuite, with a slate lined shower, a locally made granite sink and WC all inside this little dream chalet. It’s great as a romantic retreat, as a touch more independence for older children, or for grandparents to have a little peace and quiet!
Warm and beautiful wooden interior with oak floor and underfloor heating to keep your feet toasty. Top quality new mattress on the bed, crisp Egyptian cotton linen, waffle cotton bathrobes and thick fluffy towels. En-suite bathroom with overhead rainshower and natural slate tiles, basin carved by local stonemasons from Mont Blanc granite. Fittings, handles and hinges are made of hand-forged iron. Washbasin area has power point for hairdryer (provided). Bird feeder outside the window, and kettle available on request for morning brew!
